Dear Season Ticket Holder ,

Firstly, I would like to thank you on behalf of London Wasps for your support and loyalty during the last season which challenged the team both on and off the field!

As the newly recruited Customer Relations Manager, I am delighted to be joining at such an exciting time for the club, as we relocate to Adams Park, High Wycombe from next season. The Stadium boasts excellent facilities for all our supporters alike and is an ideal venue for Premiership Rugby.

The Club is confident that the forthcoming 2002/03 season will be successful both on and off the field and we are sure you would like to be a part of the exciting changes and challenges that lie ahead, by continuing to give your support.

London Wasps are therefore pleased to be able to offer as a gesture of our loyalty to all our existing season ticket holders, the opportunity to purchase seats which we have 'reserved' on your behalf in the approximate corresponding seating areas to those at Loftus Road. Our current plans are to return to Loftus Road, where you will have the option to buy your old seat!

This unique offer is valid until 5pm on Friday 28th June, after which time your seats will be released for general sale. Plus you will benefit from our 'Special Offer' which is only being made to you, our loyal and devoted season ticket holders!

If you renew your seat for the 2002/03 season you will receive a FREE matchday ticket voucher to the London Wasps V Munster match (date TBC)!! Plus if you ' REFER A FRIEND' who then purchases a season ticket, they will also receive a FREE matchday ticket voucher to the Munster match! ( The 'Friend' must not have been a LW season ticket holder in 2001/02.)

Please find enclosed with this letter your 'Priority 2002/03 Season Ticket Application Form' [see link below for extra pages -LH] together with our pricing structure for the various categories of season tickets. Also enclosed for your convenience is a copy of the Adams Park seating plan.

You may wish to change the seat that we have reserved for you and purchase a seat/s in another area. All you have to do is indicate your requirements on the enclosed form and return it to us before the closing date of the 28th June in the enclosed envelope. It really could not be simpler!

Adams Park also offers excellent parking facilities on site, and as an added benefit, season ticket holders may wish to purchase a seasonal car park pass at the reduced special price being offered to you. To take up this offer you will need to purchase your car park pass when renewing or purchasing a season ticket. Details can be found on the enclosed form.

Once the fixture list has been confirmed, details will be sent out to you, and will be posted onto the website.

We will also be offering you the chance the view the seating/ stadium facilities on Sunday 16th June from 1pm - 3pm. If you wish to come along to this Viewing Day, please either e-mail me at caroline.winter@wasps.co.uk or drop me a quick note to confirm your attendance.
