For those who can bear to look, here are some photos from our trip to Saracens yesterday courtesy of Tracywilko. The game was grim viewing in real time, it's perhaps fortunate that there won't be much to see on ITV's highlights show this week, but in the meantime enjoy the stills.

So what's he got in his shirt then?

It looks like a beer belly to me, but not a good well paid for one it has to be said.

anneke

Mally

I don;t know what I'm more shocked by Anneke - you refering to Ed as "Bellyman" or suggesting I share my chocolate cake with a mere man - men do not appreciate cake!

anneke

sorry his named escaped me for a brief moment.
And you are right never give a man your cake or your chocolate

Cracking, another addition to the squad nicknames, Bellyman.

Time to re-introduce a nicknames thread perhaps?

"men do not appreciate cake!"

Hmm, so that slice of carrot cake I had the other week may have been worth £5.50 after all?

anneke

Well, let's see. Leipy, Doc, RnR, Jonny's dad & various other males appeared to enjoy raspberry muffins, marmalade cake & ginger cake at Wuss.

Mikey Ward demolished what was left of my brownie at Welford road.

Now, are you saying it was just politeness, or do they fail to understand a deeper meaning of baked goods? (Sm15)

"Now, are you saying it was just politeness" It was politeness that I didn't keep asking for more!(Sm7)

Baked beans/cassoulet being prepared for Friday Doc, cake may be on offer, but spent much of last night making chutney due to being dispatched from Norfolk with bags full of runner beans & apples.
