Bolton Wanderers manager has revealed his latest recruit to the Reebok Revolution, and it's a striker who's signature he's been chasing for some time...
31 year old former Crystal Palace and Wrexham striker Chris Armstrong today signed a short term deal at the Reebok, following his release at the start of the summer after an injury plagued season at Spurs, where he had been for 7 seasons.
After signing, Armstrong immediately flew out to Belgium to have 10 days' specialist treatment on the groin injury which kept him out of action so long periods last season.
Whites manager is keen to tap into Armstrong's array of experience, and goalscoring touch, after he scored 48 goals in 141 league games during his seven seasons at White Hart Lane.
Armstrong signed in at the Reebok barely 24 hours after Bo Hansen completed his transfer back to Denmark with FC Midjytlandin.
