With Tuesday's cup replay looming the Blues will be hoping to boost their confidence for that game by defeating Dumbarton at Stair Park. A win is necessary to keep the pressure on at the top of the division and also keep some distance from the chasing pack.

Gary McCutcheon from Stranraer recently signed for Dumbarton after being released by Premier League Kilmarnock. Cutchy had been on loan spell prior to his signing. He scored in our last vist to the S.H.S..

Alex Grace was signed from Dumbarton a few season's ago. Also Lee Sharp played for Dumbarton.
