Durham will be looking for revenge for their only loss of the season so far when they host Derbyshire at the Riverside today. Gary Pratt could make his first appearance of the season, he is added to the eleven that beat Essex last week to make up the 12 man squad. Derbyshire beat Durham by one wicket in the first round of the C&G trophy earlier in the season. That match was interrupted by bad weather and had to go into the reserve day - something that won't be possible today despite the very likely prospect of rain interuptions.

If Gary Pratt is included in the team it is likely to be at the expense of Mark Turner who made his championship debut and took his maiden first class wicket in the match against Essex last week.

Gary will be keen to show what he can do as he pushes for a place in the championship squkad for next week's game at Northampton. With Nicky Peng moving up the order to open the batting his place may now be more secure that it was when he was under-performing as a middle order batsman.

Derbyshire come into the match having beaten Leicestershire, Kent and Bangladesh in their last three limited overs games.
