Collingwood has a score to settle against Pakistan

Paul Collingwood will be looking for a big score against Pakistan on Saturday to bury memories of his international debut where he only made two runs in two games. Collingwood made his international debut against Pakistan last Summer and scored only two runs in one game and was out for a golden duck in the other.

When England play them again on Saturday he will be looking to make amends. Writing in his column for BBCi he said that his recent experience with the England team had made him a better more confident player.

With England suffering again from injuries, this time to Nasser Hussein, Ian Blackwell and Ashley Giles we may also see Steve Harmison make his World Cup debut after missing out against Holland and Namibia. Without the option of a spinner Harmy's extra pace would provide some variation to the attack.
