Former Norwich City coach Steve Foley has become the first signing under new Town manager Jim Magilton.
Foley joins Town as a specialist coach which means he will be working with the academy right the way through to the Town first team.
Foley: “It's no hidden secret that I had other choices but as soon as I spoke to Jim, his enthusiasm for the future here just sold the job to me.
“I love the game and liked what he was saying about how he sees the team playing and developing and that was very important to me.
“I know what Jim and Bryan Klug expect from me and I can't wait to get going. This is a terrific football club and I'm really excited about being part of it here.
“You can tell there is a real buzz about the place and Jim's enthusiasm is overwhelming. I just wish pre-season started tomorrow.”
