Kanu To Have Second Spell

Nigerian triallist ‘Henry’ Kanu will be asked back next week so Town manager Joe Royle can take another look at him.

The 26-year-old forward is a free agent and spent the past two days training with Town’s first team, he will go home for the weekend and return next week.

 

Joe Royle: “Henry will be going home for the weekend and then will come back and train with the players for a few days next week, I've not had that much time to watch him but from what I've seen and heard from the coaching staff, he has done enough to warrant a closer look next week and then we'll take it from there.”
