Naylor Testimonial Update

The date for the testimonial game for long serving Ipswich Town defender Richard Naylor has been pencilled in for the 2nd of September.

The match will reunite the 2000 Wembley play-off winning side to take on a Town XI.

 

Naylor: “I have contacted some of the lads and things are progressing well, Kieron and Titus have also said they would like to get involved and there maybe a few other players as well.

 

“We are looking at September 2 as a possible date. It's international week then so there are no games in the Premiership and Championship but that date has got to be confirmed yet.”
