Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle should be given the go-ahead to start dealing in the transfer market in the next few days.
Town are currently waiting for a letter from the banks to confirm the debt restructure has gone ahead, if it has it will allow Town manager Joe Royle to dip in the transfer market and hopefully sign some one in time for Towns game against
So far Joe has signed Adam Proudlock until the end of the season and talks are ongoing with Gavin Williams after West Ham accepted a £300,000 bid for the 25-year-old midfielder.
