Ipswich Town reserves ran out 3-0 winners in their FA Premier Reserve League South derby against Norwich’s second string.
A goal each from Ian Westlake, Danny Haynes and Jaime Peters gave Steve McCall’s side the victory.
Clarke tried his luck from 25-yards with a stunning volley that was parried as far as Danny Haynes who headed wide with the entire goal to aim at.
Town missed out on another chance to extend their lead when Liam Craig saw his penalty saved by Gallacher
Clarke chipped just over the bar as Town looked like scoring again and 15 minutes into the second period when Haynes converted Sammy Moore’s pass.
Jaime Peters wrapped up the game with ten minutes to go when he fired home from just in-side the box.
