Adam On Wolves Game

Ipswich striker Adam Proudlock believes Town may have been lucky to get a point against Wolves earlier today.

Adam: “We knew it was going to be a tough match and that Wolves would defend well.

 

“They are a decent side and Glenn Hoddle has got them moving the ball around well.

 

“They are very hard to break down. We battled away and naturally were disappointed with the Wolves goal that took a wicked deflection but then our penalty could be considered somewhat harsh. I think we worth a point, though.

 

“I was generally pleased with my performance. I tried to put myself around and was involved in the build up to our goal.

 

“It was a bit special to play against Wolves. They were my boyhood team and some of the players from those days are still there, so it was nice to see them again.”
