Price In Wales Squad

Ipswich Town goalkeeper Lewis Price is in the Wales squad for their World Cup Qualifiers against Northern Ireland and Azerbaijan next month.

Price is expected to make his debut for Wales in the games that take place on the 8th and the 12th of October because normal first choice goalkeeper Danny Coyne is out for the rest of the season with a cruciate ligament injury.

 

Full Wales Squad: Price (Ipswich), Jones (Wolves), Brown (Gillingham), Delaney (Aston Villa), Duffy (Coventry), Page (Coventry), Gabbidon (West Ham), J Collins (West Ham), D Collins (Sunderland), Ricketts (Swansea), Edwards (Wolves), Partridge (Bristol City), Davies (Everton), Roberts (Tranmere), Fletcher (West Ham), Robinson (Sunderland), Koumas (West Brom), Vaughan (Crewe), Williams (West Ham), Earnshaw (West Brom), Bellamy (Blackburn), Hartson (Celtic), Giggs (Man Utd).

 

Wales take on Northern Ireland in Belfast on the 8th of October and Azerbaijan in Cardiff on the 12th.
