Town Linked With Cardiff Pair

Reports in the local press are linking Town with a move for Cardiff City strikers Alan Lee and Stuart Fleetwood.

It’s unlikely that Fleetwood is going to come to Town as Royle is searching for an experienced striker and being just 19 experienced he is not.

 

Lee is 27 and has been used mainly as a sub by Cardiff manager Dave Jones, but it is understood that Jones is unwilling to let the Irish international go.

 

Town manager Joe Royle is refusing to get involved in guessing games about his targets, saying: “I'm not going to talk about possible any more until it happens.”
