Play-Off Pay Day

Ipswich Town Chief Executive has confirmed that Town’s play-off semi final success against West Ham will be worth at least £1million to the club.

Derek Bowden: “The four clubs in the Play-Offs will each receive about £250,000.

 

“Getting to the Final in Cardiff though would take that income up to a minimum of £1m.

 

“It's been tradition now over the last four years that the winners of the Final donate their half of the proceeds from the game to the losing side, that's normally about £750,000.”
