Ipswich Town defender Fabian Wilnis has praised Town manager Joe Royle for creating a great team spirit at Portman Road.
Wilnis who has been a Town player for six years believes the spirit in the Town camp is the best he has known in that time.
Wilnis: “The boss has to take a lot of credit for the close spirit that we have in the squad here, he has a very calm approach to the game and that helps the players feel comfortable in the surroundings.
“We have seen him angry after matches - he certainly wasn't pleased after
Saturday's defeat - but he isn't one for throwing tantrums and tea cups if
things are not going well.
“He will sit down and analyse the performance
first and then make his comments in a positive fashion and I think the players
appreciate that.”
