Ipswich Town academy pair Chris Casement and Michael Synnott are out of Town's U18s Youth Cup game against Aston Villa on Wednesday.

Director of Academy Bryan Klug: “It's a blow because they are two important players for us.

“It's a big match and we could have done with a full squad of players but we have got other boys available who will be looking to come in and it gives them an opportunity to show what they can do.”

The game kicks-off at Portman Road at 7.00pm if Town beat last years beaten finalists they could set up a local derby against the Colchester united youth team.
