Ipswich Town midfielder Tommy Miller is feeling the benefits of Towns week away in Tenerife last month.
Miller: “The team spirit was already strong before we went out there but the
trip brought us even closer together.
“We had a couple of days where we
just rested and did our own thing. Some of the lads just laid by the pool and
had a swim, while others played a bit of tennis or golf.
“We did a lot of
running on the other days and in the heat it was hard, but we had to keep our
fitness ticking over.
“Now we're raring to go against Sheffield United on
Saturday. We're in good shape, confident without getting carried away and ready
for the vital run-in.”.
