Post Match Sadie disappeared last season, but we haven't got rid of our favourite Tractor Girl that easily, shes back explaining what to do when you can't make the games any more. I was a season ticket holder at Ipswich Town Football club for over a decade that constant run is now over. A number of things contributed to having to give up my beloved seat, these are as follows:

1. Money, During the recession my husband was made redundant and being disabled myself and on benefits I barely manage to make the bills, I had no room to add the cost of an adult season ticket to that.

2. Poor form, For a number of years now I've been watching the club turn from the family friendly, supporter orientated club to the average, poor performing club that turned its focus to money and money only. This was painful for me and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Football used to be a family outing for me going from 7, 8 sometimes more people walking to and from football together, down to the 3 that made the trip today, and I am not one of them. Now don't get me wrong, I've stuck by the club through what I consider worse periods, I'm not ditching them because they are rubbish, they've always been rubbish and I've always loved them, what I mean by this point is connected to the first, I could not justify spending that amount of money that I didn't have on something I simply was not enjoying anymore.

3. Health, Over the past two season my health has deteriorated to the point where I was missing many games as I just felt too Ill to go, Low and behold had I got a season ticket for this 10/11 season I would still be stuck here listening to it on the radio as I am currently too Ill to really do anything.

I've had ‘Itchy feet' all day, knowing our home campaign started today and that I am not part of it. I have been doing things that any other day would keep me relatively entertained, but today being stuck on the sofa feels like being stuck on a deserted Island and the radio station transmitting the coverage I am listening to is not just down the road but a continent away.

WOO HOO we've just scored they are saying step-in Captain David Norris got the goal with a clever flick, just minutes before the 90 is up, hopefully we will keep 10-man Burnley away from the net as with just a 1 goal lead there is still time for Town to throw it all away.

4 minutes have been added on to the end of the match and my heart rate is a little raised, maybe more so than if I was there and with good reason, as my heart rate predicted, 90 seconds into injury time Burnley have equalized, like I said, knowing Town 1-0 is not enough, Same old Ipswich, can't keep hold of a lead (I hope none of them have dogs)

30 seconds left- I feel sick news just in of our local rivals beating Scunthorpe a goal to nil.
Come on Town! Phew it's over.

So with the second game of the season over town have secured 4 points, at this point in last season that was quite a way off! So all in all chin up ‘ey
