Town defender Liam Rosenior says he is happy to be out of contract at Town as he feels there are good opportunities for him away from England. The 25-year-old has been on-loan from Reading this season and has not been offered a permanent deal by Town and it looks unlikely that Reading will be offering him anything either but that hasn't disappointed him.
Rosenior: "That's football, I'm ambitious and I want to play at the highest level I can.
"I had a chance to sign permanently for Ipswich last September, but I said no as I wanted to be exactly where I am now.
"The Premier League is where I want to be and I think I'm good enough having played there before.
"There is interest, but if not it looks as though there will be good opportunities for me abroad.
"I came to Ipswich to get them into the top flight, but as it didn't happen there is no certainty I would have signed a new contract if offered one."
