Town travel to Doncaster tomorrow to take on Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium. Town of course still looking for a win this season. Town will be missing Gareth McAuley, who got sent off against Nottingham Forest in mid-week, meaning Pim Balkestein is likely to join Alex Bruce in the middle of defence. David Wright could come in for Liam Rosenior, who is a doubt, along with Carlos Edwards which could allow Alan Quinn to start. David Norris and Luca Civelli are of course out.

Town manager Roy Keane: "We are under no illusions, it will be a difficult game for us at Doncaster, they are a decent side who are capable of keeping the ball and causing teams problems with the way they pass the ball around. They've done that to teams who are in a better position than us at the moment.

"They have a good manager who has created a good spirit there and he comes across well. They have had some impressive results lately so it's going to be a tough place to go and get the points but we're looking forward to it.

"As much as we obviously want to win games, you learn more about yourself, your staff and your players when things are not going as well as you would want. It's all part of the learning process.

"We are going through a sticky patch at the moment but we have to keep persevering and we will get there. I'm not going to be disrespectful to the fans and say anything else than it's been frustrating and disappointing. It's up to the players to put that right but I want us to be judged at the end of the season, not after seven games."

Doncaster have doubts over the fitness of James Coppinger and Gareth Roberts while James Hayter will definitely miss out.

Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll: "I've watched them this season and they've got a formidable squad, but good players sometimes don't make good teams. I think they've been unlucky in a few games this season and they're still searching for that balance that you need in any team to get the best out of everybody.

"Any of the teams in this Championship have got a squad capable of beating anybody else and I don't think you can take anybody lightly, we've learnt that last season and they've got quality all over the pitch. It's early days yet but I still wouldn't bet on them not being there at the top fighting for the play-off places come May"

3(might be more)-0 to Donny!! Now I don't rate McAuley much but Pim is far worse than him. Add him to our already@#$%&defence, and with our strikers who can't hit the target we're in real trouble tomorrow!!
But I reckon we'll get our first win next weekend against Newcastle.
