Ambrose Deal Expected

Town manager Jim Magilton has confirmed reports suggesting Darren Ambrose will be returning to Town on-loan from Charlton Athletic. Magilton: "The paperwork has not yet been signed but we are very close to agreeing a loan deal with Charlton for Darren.

"We are hoping he will be with the club Monday morning and will be with us initially on loan until January."

Some reports are suggesting Ambrose will be joining Town permanently again in the January transfer window as both Town and Charlton have already agreed a fee for the 24-year-old.
