Town manager Jim Magilton is delighted with Town’s 4-1 Carling Cup win against Leyton Orient at Portman Road earlier tonight. Jim: "I was delighted with the execution and application of these lads.
"There was huge disappointed after Saturday and those lads who were left out at the weekend and played have now given me a problem.
"I was very pleased with the overall work ethic of the side. They worked very hard as they should because if you go into a game in second gear then you will find out to your cost as we have doe in the past."
"It is nice to be in the hat for the first time as a manager. It is about winning games.
"They had some good moments and Martin Ling should be very proud of the way his team played and stuck at it. They carried on trying to play and that probably helped us."
