Roberts Joins Terriers

Town have sold midfielder Gary Roberts has joined League One side Huddersfield Town for around £250,000. The 24-year-old was told he was free to find another club by Town manager Jim Magilton and he has joined the League One side after 61 appearances for Town.

Town manager Jim Magilton: "Gary is a fantastic young man and we wish him every success at Huddersfield, initially he was very good for us but he had a stop start season last year and he probably will look back and think he didn't do himself justice here in the end.

"I couldn't guarantee him regular first-team football at this Club and Huddersfield can. He goes with our best wishes."
