Shefki Set For Return

On-loan Crystal Palace striker Shefki Kuqi could return to action for Town against Preston on Saturday after coming through training earlier today. Shefki has injured his hamstring twice since joining on-loan from Palace, the most recent incident came against Norwich two weeks ago but thanks to Town's medical team he could play against Preston tomorrow.

Town manager Jim Magilton: "Shefki trained this morning without any reaction, we will have another look at him on Friday and if he is fit and well, he will be in consideration for the Preston game at the weekend."
