Another Bid Made

Town manager Jim Magilton has confirmed that Town did make a seven figure for Plymouth midfielder David Norris and it was rejected by The Pilgrims and Town are now looking elsewhere. As was reported earlier in the week Town had made a bid for a player and were waiting to hear back, that bid was for Norris, who Town manager Jim Magilton did try to sign in the summer.

Jim: "David Norris is a player that I have admired for while and I can confirm that we made a seven figure bid for the player, that bid was rejected. That might not be the end of the matter but we are now exploring other possibilities and have made an offer for another player."
