Williams Talks On Hold

Talks between Town and Gavin Williams have been put on hold while William's continues to recover from ankle surgery. Williams is currently in contract with Town until 2009 but he did state his desire to stay with Town well beyond that and he had been talks with the club about an extension although they have been put on hold while he recovers, but Jim Magilton expects the deal to be completed eventually.

Magilton: "This is all part of the negotiation process and there is no rush. Once Gavin is fit and flying again we will continue talks and things will take care of themselves."
