Pair Get U17 Call

Town youngsters Tommy Smith and Jordan Rhodes have been named in the England squad for the FIFA U17 World Cup in August and September. The tournament takes place in South Korea and England's youngsters are in a group with North Korea, New Zealand and Brazil.

Town academy manager Tony Humes: "England have named a squad of 34 which will be trimmed down to 21 in August and the boys are included, it's great news for the two of them and having our players recognised at international level is obviously good for Ipswich Town as well."
