Sylvain Thanks Fans

Town midfielder Sylvain Legwinski has thanked Towns supporters for voting him their player of the season.

The 32-year-old who is currently recovering from a metatarsal injury will receive his trophy before Town’s game against Cardiff on the 6th of May.

 

Sylvain: “It makes me very proud to win the award and I thank the fans for the honour, I was very happy when I was told I had won because it is recognition from the supporters for my performances this year.

 

“I have really enjoyed my time at the Club so far, although it has been disappointing to have missed out on the last month of the season.

 

“The manager has given me the chance to play week in, week out and that is what I wanted. It was a bit difficult at the beginning because my fitness levels were not that great but that improved with games and as a team I feel we are making progress all the time.”
