Town midfielder Martin Brittain could be in contention for a first team place at Town when he returns after a loan at Yeovil next month.
The 21-year-old winger is currently on-loan at Yeovil but he returns to Town in the new year and Town manager Jim Magilton says he could be playing first team football here.
Jim: “Martin has benefited greatly from going out on loan, he was getting a little dispirited because he wasn't getting first-team games here so we had to get his confidence up and provide some more motivation for him.
“We let him go out on loan to play first team matches at Yeovil and he's had a good time there and their manager Russell Slade seems to like him.
“We'll see how it goes but his loan is up at the start of January and there is a possibility that we will bring him back here to push for a first-team place.”
