Bowden Expects Signings

Town chief executive Derek Bowden says he expects Town manager Jim Magilton to sign new players either permanently or on loan despite the transfer window being closed.

Town currently have defenders Bob Malcolm and Joey Van Den Berg and striker Njazi Kuqi the younger brother of former Town striker Shefki and Bowden expects someone to join the Town squad soon.

 

Bowden: “Within the regulations that now exist the manager has the finance to bolster his squad in the days and weeks ahead. This can be with full signings for players not under contract elsewhere and for 93-day loans from this Friday.”
