Trailing by 21 points going into the last quarter against the second top side in the league. Who would have bet on a Blues win?
Those last twenty minuters were as much fun as we've had watching rugby since Japan beat South Africa
The coup de grace came once again from Steffan Jones who nailed a penalty from the halfway in the final minute to clinch a 22-21 win.
That followed three tries which had Carnegie collapsing. Jones got one as did Camilo Parilli-Ocampo and the very useful George Perkins.
Camilo barged over to get us back in the game and then we took advantage of a yellow for Jonah Holmes.
Jones' try came from a quick penalty as the ball was sped wide, and then Perkins sent a booming clearance into the Carnegie half. Burns was first to the bouncing ball. He knocked it into Perkins' path and he gleefully went in under the posts with the con making it 19-21.
Then up stepped Mr Jones - not for the first time this season.
A tremendous win.
