If the game's on tonight it's going to be a battle against the Trailfinders, the mud and the gale. Not the  best circumstances to try and get two defeats out of our system ...

Ealing are not in th best shape themselves but have picked up a little  recently  but are still rock bottom trailing Jersey by six points.

Their mini-revival got under way with a surprise single point victory at Nottingham and they will be targetting tonight's game as a chance to close the gap.

Conditions will be a great leveller and in these games it's the team which wants it most who triumphs. We have to make sure that is us.

There are a couple of changes with Charlie Clare and Joe Vandermolen starting in place of Scott Spurling and Paul Tupai.  Darren Fox is on the bench after recovering from his broken wrist.

Personally I hope the game is postponed. I was looking forward to another trip to West London, but not on a Friday night. Hopefully the game will be rearranged for a Saturday I cannot understand why they decided to play today, more Bedford supporters would have travelled on Saturday.

Just as well if we were starting with only 1 in the centre's, I know Mark's good, but a bold move by us.
