Ipswich Towns Josh Carson and Fulhams Alex Smith.

Northern Irish midfielder who burst on to the First Team scene last season scoring three goals in his first five games for the club including a brace in his third game, a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace in April 2011.

Carson is contracted to the club until the summer of 2012 and is widely regarded as a great prospect for the future. Was close friends with former Town star Connor Wickham who joined Sunderland in June 2011 for a record transfer fee which could reach £12M.

Has represented his country at several youth levels, and made his full international debut in May 2011 against the Republic of Ireland and at the time of writing (July 2011), has represented his country twice at full international level.

Appeared 12 times during 2011/2012 scoring two goals and will be hoping to push on further into the first team picture during the 2012/2013 campaign.
