Newcastle United travel to Arsenal tomorrow night in an 8pm kick off live on Sky. Alan Pardew’s side start the game on the back of five consecutive defeats and a win from their last six games. Arsene Wenger however hosts on the back of two wins, three draws and one defeat from their last six.

With just three games to go until the season is over Pardew returns to the side-lines, having served both his stadium and touchline bans.

Newcastle will be without Papiss Cisse (broken kneecap), Davide Santon (hamstring) and Gabriel Obertan (knee) are all unavailable whilst Hatem ben Arfa (dead leg) may be in contention to play or he may be in France (depending on which report you read). Luuk de Jong (ankle) is expected to return as is Moussa Sissoko.

Pardew will have Loic Remy available and will be hoping the Frenchman can find the back of the net for the Magpies, as in his absence goals have been severely lacking.

Arsenal will welcome back Thomas Vermaelen (hamstring) but Abou Diaby (groin) is not available. Kieron Gibbs (ankle), Theo Walcott (knee) and Jack Wilshire (ankle) are all unavailable.

Fact: Pardew and Wenger are the Premier League’s two longest serving managers go head to head.

Fact: Arsenal have not lost their last 16 home games.

Fact: Newcastle have scored only 10 goals in the Premier League in 2014.

I agree with that mental. It would be great if they put in a good performance. I just hope Pardew stays on the bench like he said he would,

Agreed , I'd be happy with a repeat of the 7-3 result as at least in that match you could see the desire to get something even though their class told in the end
But I fear we have seen the last of any of that this season

So it will be. "I thought we played well but we were unlucky with an offside goal at the end off the first half.. that changed the game after that we didn't really get back into it....." after the game
