Newcastle United head down the tunnel at Loftus Road for the half time interval leading by two goals to one against Queens Park Rangers. Debuchy gave away a penalty in the 11th minute which was converted by Loic Remy, the first penalty rewarded to QPR this season to actually end in a goal. Seven minutes later Hatem Ben Arfa scored from the spot after Jose Bosingwa’s shirt pulling antics led to a Newcastle penalty, only to be followed up by a goal gifted to Yoan Gouffran in the 35th minute again after a mistake by Bosingwa.

Yohan Cabaye (13th) and Mike Williamson (30th) have both picked up yellow cards, whilst QPR currently have all 11 players without a booking.

funny i always blame the red ones, i know our first ever strip was red but we just should never play in red again
