Could Taylor Be Out Until March 2013?

Whilst Newcastle United have given very little away regarding Ryan Taylor's knee injury in terms of how long he may be sidelined for, listed comeback dates suggest that the club do not expect the defender to be fully fully fit until March 2013. Manager Alan Pardew has expressed his disappointment for Taylor who is a key figure in the changing room at the club and on the pitch.

Pardew said;

“I’m really disappointed for him. The lads love him here, and he’s a really popular lad. In the dressing room he’s loved. He’s not only a full-back, but he’s a match winner.

Unfortunately, that has been taken away from us in the short-term, and maybe the long-term."

Taylor tweeted last night

"Absolutely devastated with my injury, 1 this is for sure i wont lie down and feel sorry for myself, i will come back fitter and stronger."

Hopefully he will be back quicker than then, but I like his attitude, so hopefully he will be fighting to make the recovery quicker

Get well soon
