Concerns Over Tiote Hamstring Injury

By Tyne-Talk

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has been forced into a half time change at the Liberty Stadium, with Ryan Taylor coming on for Cheik Tiote who has "tweaked" his hamstring.  Worryingly the game against Swansea is only his second game back from a Hamstring injury which forced him to miss games against Norwich City and West Bromwich Albion back in March.

Hopefully the substitution is just a precautionary measure and we will see him back on Monday against Bolton Wanderers.

AP said after the game it is just a strain and Cabeye suffered a similar injury, and he hopes both will be fine to play against Bolton on Monday.
He wouldn't have said that if it was serious.
