England coach Andy Flower has met with Kevin Pietersen over the weekend, but it is understood that further talks with all parties, including new test captain Alastair Cook, are needed, before the batsman is welcomed back into the England Cricket dressing room....

With the talk of Andrew Strauss's decision to retire, now filtering out, attention is once again turning to the Kevin Pietersen saga, and the will he or won't he, return to the England team.

Time is running out though, with an expectation that the squad annoucement for the India tour later this year, being delayed whilst talks continue.

it all centers around, exactly Pietersen put in text messages to the South African team, during the recent test series between the two sides, and although he has apologized for the content, exactly what was involved, is till open for debate.

The ECB have said that talks will remain private, until the matter is resolved, but Flower meeting Pietersen at the weekend, appears to be just the first step of many to having the issue fully resolved.
