England will play four test matches, five one day internationals, and two T20 games when they tour India in 2012......
The team will head out to Dubai on 25th October for three days of training, before heading to India, where they will first play three warm up games before the opening test match on November 15th.
It will be a stern test for Andrew Strauss and the England team, far different from the easy win over the Indian's in swinging conditions during the 2010 tour over here.
England will return home after the test matches and T20's, before returning for the one day internationals.
