It was confirmed today that Stephen Craigan's Testimonial game will take place on Weds 13th July against Partick Thistle.
The game will have a 7:45 kick off and is a fitting reward for a player who has played over 350 games for the club during his two spells at Fir Park.
The game will be against the skipper's only other senior side, Partick Thistle, whom he joined after being released by Billy Davies, only to return three years later when he was snapped up by Terry Butcher.
While at Firhill Craigan secured succesive promotions from the Second and First Division's and spent a season in the SPL with the Jags before returning to his spiritual home.
He also picked up the first of his Northern Irish Caps while at Thistle and has won more than fifty, being the only Motherwell player to represent his country on 50 occasions.
Hopefully a good crowd will turn out on this rare occasion.
