Barnsley Donate to Local Club

  Barnsley have donated medical equipment and supplies to local side Athersley Recreation FC. As part of their community programme the reds physio Craig Sedgwick and head of Sports Science Nathan Winder put together a range of medical equipment to donate to the North Counties East League Premier Division side.  

Athersley Rec are a team that rely greatly on sponsors and donations so such a gift from the reds and others like it are key for them to continue as the great local football club that they are.

 

It is great to see the reds helping local none league teams and long may this sort of thing continue in our community.

 

Also we would like to cover more local football on this page. Whether it is Athersley Rec or Shaw Lane etc who play at a decent level on a Saturday or even if it is the Barnsley Sunday League.
