Its the usuual mix of up-and-coming talent and experience - although the up-and-comings proliferate this week.

Seb Blake is rewared for his new contract with the captaincy.

Seen quite a few Gloucester fans in my local pub in Penzance over the last few days - making not just a game but a holiday too.
Best time to come to Cornwall before the *******ing hordes arrive in late spring
