Scotland prop Kyle Traynor has joined to help ease an injury crisis among our front rows and he will be on the bench for the visit of Wasps in this new fangled Premiership Cup (Sat. Kick off 3.00) .
He's 32, which makes him a but old for the spirit of this new competition which has been designed for clubs to blood younger players.
It has emerged from the wreckage of the Anglo-Welsh cup following the withdrawal of the four Welsh clubs. There are three groups of 4 and as well as Wasps we will face Bristol and Saints.
It is a young side and it promises to be an interesting game .
