Concentrate On The Cup

David Humphrey's best hope of bringing European Championship rugby back to Kingsholm now surely  rests on winning the Challenge Cup ...

The last minute defeat at Falcons was a massive blow to ambitions of reaching Sixth place although it is not totally out of the question. We would have to overhaul  both Quins and Saints  -both now on 47 points while we have 61.

Here's the run in.

Gloucs: Sale (H), Bath (A), Exeter (H)

Quins: Exeter (H), Wasps (H), Saints (A)

Saints: Saracens (H), Exeter (A), Quins (H).

 

Pity our rivals have to play each otherr as that is a win for one of them, but if we can take a maximum points haul from our three games you never know.

However, we will have to concentrate on the tricky trip to La Rochelle on April 22nd - if you can't get there it's live on BT with a late 9.00 pm kick off. Hope the lads can stay awake.
