England Stars Rested

Jonny May [centre]

With the greatest respect to Deano the arrival of Newcastle Falcons gives Nigel Davies the perfect opportunity to rest his returning England players ..

None of them will start the game but Ben Morgan and Jonny May will be on the bench - just in case - while Billy Twelvetrees has an infected knee and won't figure at all.

Mike Tindall will lead a side which sees Shaun Knight at tighthead instead of Rupert Harden and Martyn Thomas returning on the wing.

Glaws have already beaten the Geordies twice this season, but our visitors have picked up with solid displays against Saints and Tigers.

Gloucs: Rob Cook, Charlie Sharples, Henry Trinder, Mike Tindall (capt), Martyn Thomas, Ryan Mills, Dan Robson, Nick Wood, Darren Dawidiuk, Shaun Knight, Elliott Stooke, James Hudson, Sione Kalamafoni, Matt Kvesic, Gareth Evans

Reps: Huia Edmonds, Dan Murphy, Sila Puafisi, Will James, Ben Morgan, Jimmy Cowan, Freddie Burns, Jonny May.

I see Deanno has been upsetting Wuss. Perhaps they'll come up and support us (Sm100)
