It's must win game if Gloucester are to have any chance of staying in the Heineken Cup and Nigel Davies has signalled his intent to stop the rot by making six changes ..
Henry Trinder is out for a month and Mike Tindall has been replaced by Shane Monahan, allowing Jonny May to move to the centre, while Dan Robson replaces Jimmy Cowan and Martyn Thomas comes in for Rob Cook.
Perhaps more crucially there's changes in the pack with Yann Thomas and Darren Dawidiuk in the front row, and an enforced change at No 8 where Ben Morgan is injured. Gareth Evans will wear the shirt.
Munster are five points clear at the top so anything other than a win will be bad news for the Kingsholm faithfull. The visitors, however, are also making changes including the return of Conor Murray who has recovered from a knee injury.
In the forwards Botha and Foley return and there's some talent coming back intop the backs in the shape of Keith Earles, James Downey and Johne Murphy.
