Lesley Vainikolo could miss out on Gloucester's first pre-season friendly in August .,.. because he could be playing for Bradford Bulls in the Rugby League Challenge Cup Final at Wembley. The giant winger is due to join Glaws on July 1, but he has a special release clause in his contract if the Bulls reach the Final.

And as the Bulls coasted into the semi-finals with a 52-20 win over Huddersfield Giants on Sunday, the news came that Vainikolo (pictured) could play in the Final if his RL side get there.
The Volcano didn't score in the easy Bulls win, but after the game he said: "The Bulls will make the final, I'm sure, and if they do I'm hoping to play.
"The fans and the players at Bradford have been very good to me and it would be special for me to go to Wembley with them."
Missing Vainikolo for the Cardiff game shouldn't be too big a blow for Glaws, who know what the big man can do, and he should be fully match fit anyway after playing for the Bulls since the RL season started four months ago.
Gloucester have so far announced one other pre-season game, away to Ulster on September 8.
