Carragher ready for Friday

Jamie Carragher is sure that he and John Terry can form an impressive defensive partnership in the centre when they play against Algeria on Friday.
The Liverpool man joined Englands first finals game on Saturday at half time when he replaced King who was struggling with a groin injury. It is unlikely King will be fit to play on Friday, but Carragher believes he and Terry are ready do the job. During an interview Carragher said:
"We have to be confident in the ability that both of us have got, I'm sure that experience will help us, that's always a big thing in football. And the squad hasn't changed that much from the 2006 World Cup, so we have a lot of experienced players here." When asked about Fabio he then went on to say:
"I'm sure that Capello will be fine - he has been manager of AC Milan and Real Madrid. We talk about the pressure of being England Manager, but it's a different thing at Real Madrid. You just have to look at his record, and what he has done in his career and what he done with England means it is unblemished. That means you have to believe in him."
