TEAM NEWS: England v USA

Fabio Capello has named his starting XI ahead of England's first Group C game against the USA this evening. The England boss names a starting eleven that have never started a game together before, and includes the widely debated striker Emile Heskey in his line up. West Ham goal keeper Robert Green is named as first choice keeper ahead of David James.
